Cancellation, changes, and weather
- Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund of the amount paid online.
- Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, and late arrivals are nonrefundable.
- A same-day date change requested at least six hours before departure costs $20 USD per person and is subject to availability.
- If the cruise is canceled due to weather or safety, guests may choose a full refund of the amount paid online or an available alternate date.
